What are 11.11 bonus points

The 11.11 Beyond annual offer gives you 909 bonus points when your qualifying payment succeeds.

Use the promotion link and code to join or renew through this offer.

A normal purchase during the promotion period does not earn these bonus points.

At the Bites rate, 909 points are worth $30.

These are ordinary Burpple points, and they are valid for 12 months from the date they are granted.

How to use them

Use your points at checkout in Shop and for Bites vouchers.

You can also use points to claim a discount on your next Burpple Beyond membership renewal.

Open the Burpple rewards page and choose Claim on a renewal discount.

Each discount uses points, and you can claim up to 50% off in total.

The total discount is applied automatically on your next payment date.

It applies to your next renewal only, not to your current subscription.

Turn on auto-renewal so the discount can be applied.

Points with the earliest expiry date are used first.

When they expire

11.11 bonus points expire 12 months after they are granted.

No cash value

Bonus points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded as cash.

Refunds

If you request a refund for your 11.11 purchase, the full amount of any 11.11 bonus points that have not expired is deducted from your total points balance.

You can receive the refund only if your total points balance covers that full amount.

Meeting this points requirement does not guarantee refund approval.

Other refund eligibility conditions still apply.

• You have 909 bonus points from your 11.11 purchase and 600 other points, for 1,509 points in total.
  After using 500 points in Shop, you have 1,009 points left.
  We deduct 909 points, leaving you with 100 points.
  Your points balance meets the bonus-points requirement for a refund.
  Other refund eligibility conditions still apply.
• You have only the 909 bonus points.
  After using 500 points, you have 409 points left.
  This is not enough to cover the 909-point deduction.
  You are not eligible for a refund because your points balance cannot cover the deduction.
• Your bonus points have already expired and been removed from your balance, so no further points are deducted for them.

A partial refund also deducts the full amount of your still-valid bonus points once, not a portion of the bonus.

If you later request another refund for the same payment, we do not deduct those bonus points again.
