In the unfortunate event that you are unable to access the app when you're about to redeem a deal, please follow these steps to do a manual redemption:
- Show proof of your membership to the restaurant staff and request for them to do a manual deal redemption.
Here are some ways to prove your membership:
- On showing your current membership plan type.
- On the Membership Details page showing your current membership plan type
(Profile >Settings > Burpple Beyond > Membership details)
- Email invoice showing your Burpple Beyond membership plan type, date and email address
- Provide the staff with the following information:
- Your Full name
- The email address that is associated with the Burpple membership plan
- Burpple username (they may take a photo of your Profile page in the app)
- The phone number that is associated with the Burpple membership plan
- The restaurant will forward the manual redemption request to Burpple.
- Once the deal is manually redeemed by us, you will receive a confirmation email, and the deal will also be marked as redeemed in the app.
