If you suspect that someone has unauthorised access to your account's Burpple Beyond deals, you can double check your redemption history. This will show the date and time of the deal redemptions under your account.
If you see unrecognised redemptions, please reset your password immediately and send us a request to invalidate all device sessions via email to help@burpple.com. Kindly note that we are unable to force log out all sessions linked to your account, but we can invalidate all device sessions that will require logging out and in again to redeem deals again.
