If you suspect that someone has unauthorised access to your account's Burpple Beyond deals, you can double-check your redemption history. This will show the date and time of the deal redemptions under your account.
If you see unrecognised redemptions, send us a request immediately to invalidate all device sessions via email to help@burpple.com. Kindly note that we cannot force log out all sessions linked to your account, but we can invalidate all device sessions that will require a password reset before logging back into the account.
