How do I turn off the auto-renewal of my Burpple Beyond membership plan?

Burpple Beyond memberships renew automatically by default.

To stop the next automatic renewal, remove your saved payment card before the next billing date.

How to turn off auto-renewal

1. Open Membership details.
2. Check your membership end date and billing information.
3. Open Payment methods.
4. Tap your saved card and choose the option to remove or delete it.

Once the card is removed, there is no saved payment method for the next renewal, so you will not be charged again.

Your current membership remains available until the end date shown in Membership details.

Check your billing details

Open Billing details to check your current plan, payment amount, membership period, and billing information.

Billing occurs at the start of each membership cycle. Remove your card before the next billing date to prevent the next automatic charge.

Confirm that your card has been removed

Open Payment methods. The page should no longer show a saved card. It may show only Add a new card.

• Remove the card before the next billing date.
• Removing a card does not refund a payment that has already been made.
• If you cannot access Membership details or remove your card, contact help@burpple.com before your next billing date.
