What actions do I need to take?

Beginning November 22, 2023, a password reset will be prompted upon launching the Burpple app. Follow these steps to initiate the process:

Select Password Login Click on Burpple Reset Password Enter the email address associated with your Burpple account Follow the instructions in the verification email

Moreover, to enhance security measures, we now require users to furnish a valid mobile number. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent via SMS to this designated number as part of the password reset procedure. This additional layer of security ensures the integrity of your account.

It will not be necessary for you to create a separate Tridentity account or to download Tridentity app to access Burpple.
