Update Schedule

• We will begin rolling out this update to all our users* starting 22 November 2023.

Password Reset and Mobile Number Verification

• Between 22 November and 5 December, you will be prompted to reset your password. Additionally, to provide an added layer of security in the event of your email address being compromised, we will require you to provide a valid mobile number.

Post-Transition Access

• Starting from 6 December 2023, if you haven't reset your password, you will need to perform a mandatory password reset before accessing Burpple.

*Users who have signed in using social logins or with their Apple ID will be required to reset their password at a later date.
