How do I reset my Burpple password if I forgot it?

If you forgot your Burpple password, request a password reset link from the Burpple login screen.

Reset your forgotten password

1. On the Burpple login screen, tap Forgot password?.
2. Enter the email address associated with your Burpple account.
3. Tap Send reset link.
4. Open the reset email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

You can also open https://pwa.burpple.com/auth/forgot and enter your account email address.

If you do not receive the email

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure you entered the email address linked to your Burpple account.
