I submitted my restaurant a while ago and never heard back.

If you searched for your restaurant on Burpple a while back and told us about it, and nothing seemed to happen after that, you are not alone. Older submissions like yours were reviewed by hand, and some were never completed.

Where it went

Your submission was not lost. If you submitted it through the old flow and it was never completed, it should now appear as a draft on the Add an outlet page for the Merchant Dashboard account that used the original email address.

Finishing it

1. Sign in at https://merchant.burpple.com using the email address you submitted before. Do not create a second account for the same email. If you cannot sign in, use the password reset flow or contact biz@burpple.com.
2. In the sidebar, select Add an outlet. Your saved draft appears at the top of the page.
3. Select Find it and search for your restaurant. Most Singapore restaurants are already listed on Burpple, so it is worth searching, since your restaurant may already be there under a listing you can simply claim.
4. Select the matching result and confirm. The outlet is added to your account, and the draft is cleared automatically.

If you no longer want to keep a draft, select Dismiss next to it and it will be removed from the list. If you sign in with the original email and still cannot see the draft, contact biz@burpple.com for help.
