How to suggest an edit to a venue page on Burpple

If you see incorrect or missing information on a venue page, you can send us a suggested edit directly from the Burpple app.

1. Open the venue page and tap Suggest an edit.
2. Enter your email address if the app asks for it.
3. Choose the type of change you want to suggest.

Update venue details

Choose Update venue details to suggest changes to the venue name, address, phone number, website, or average spend per person.

Review your changes, enter your email address if needed, and tap Submit edit.

Update opening hours

Choose Update opening hours and provide the venue's hours for each day of the week. You can mark a day as closed or open 24 hours.

Enter your email address if needed, then tap Submit edit.

Report closure or removal

Choose Report closure or removal if the venue is closed, does not exist, is duplicated, or should be removed for another reason.

Select one reason, add optional evidence or comments if useful, enter your email address if needed, and submit the report.
