Your Burpple Beyond membership can be suspended for several reasons. Most of the time, it's because we were unable to deduct your payment successfully.
If you wish to try again using a different card, tap (iOS) or (Android) on the bottom right of the app and tap (iOS) or then Settings (Android). Under Burpple Beyond, go to Membership Details and sign up for an All Day plan.
For assistance, you can submit a request here. Please include your name, Burpple username, email address associated to your Burpple account, a detailed description of the problem and anything else that might be helpful or relevant (copy of your invoice, credit card statement, etc). If relevant, screenshots or a screencast can be helpful too.
