It's possible that your location access for Burpple is not enabled. To allow access:
iOS:
1. Tap on Settings.
2. Select Privacy, and then Location Services.
3. Tap on Burpple, and select While Using the App.
Android:
1. Tap on Settings.
2. Under Network connections, tap Location.
3. Tap on Applications, then select Application Manager.
4. Tap on Burpple, and select Permissions.
5. Tap Location.
If you your Location Services setting is on and you are still facing issues, please write in to help@burpple.com with the following information:
- device you're using (phone model) and operating system version (iOS/Android).
- version of the Burpple app you have (you can see this by going to (iOS) or
(Android) at the bottom right of the app, then tap
(iOS) or
(Android) and scroll to the bottom of the Settings page.
- any other information that would be helpful.
